Days 11-16, Preparing for the Celebrate Teaching 5K

April 11th: Week 3 workouts began today with a brisk five minute warm-up walk followed by 2 repetitions of the following: 90 second of jogging, 90 seconds of walking, 3 minutes of jogging, and 3 minutes of walking.
